How to get a Library Card: It’s easy! Just come in with your photo ID and proof of your current address and fill out a registration card. For applicants under the age of 16, a parent, custodial caregiver, or legal guardian must be present with the applicant, accept responsibility for the use of the child’s library card, and sign the registration form.

Renewing your card: Please do not use the registration form below to renew your existing library card. Please call the Circulation Desk at 845-878-6121 x10 or stop by during normal business hours.

Get a card today: You can register today to receive a temporary card which will provide access to our online databases and downloadable eBooks and audio books by filling out this registration form. This card will be good for 30 days.

To check materials out at the library and request materials online you will need to complete your registration and receive your permanent library card. This can be done by stopping by the library in person and presenting a photo ID and proof of your current address.
