Universal Class has more than 500 lifelong learning and Continuing Education (CE) classes. All classes are designed and led by professional instructors. You can take multiple classes and receive Continuing Education Units (CEUs) in all kinds of subjects, from software programs such as Microsoft Excel, to writing classes, typing and keyboarding, or creating websites. There are also classes appropriate for homeschooling families featuring a variety of subjects that are all self-paced and involve online interaction with a teacher.
Creativebug* offers hundreds of art and crafting classes, covering a wide range of mediums. You can find videos on crocheting and knitting as well as screen printing or furniture refinishing.
So, go ahead and check “learn a new skill” off your list of New Year’s resolutions when you visit Universal Class and Creativebug today!
*Creativebug is offered through the Putnam County Libraries and available to Putnam County residents only.

Neighbor Helping Neighbor
Every year we are overwhelmed by the generosity of our community. Many thanks to all who contributed to the holiday collections of food, supplies for veterans, toys, and children's coats. Just a reminder that food insecurity is year-round and we will continue collecting non-perishable food to benefit our local food pantry.
Did you know you can follow us on social media to get the latest library news, see great photos from our programs and events, and view live feeds of concerts and shows? Check out our posts, reels, and videos, and share them with your friends to help us get the word out about all the fantastic programs and resources we offer.
